No, a GL Reconciliation does not affect the transactions shown in the nominal listing. The reconciliation process is separate from the General Ledger and is used for tracking and matching items within the reconciliation itself.
Any transactions posted to the nominal account will continue to appear in the nominal listing regardless of their reconciliation status.
