The spotlight search bar at the top of your screen searches across iplicit. You can use it to find:

  • Screens and pages, by typing the name of the screen or task you want.
  • Contact accounts, by name. This also returns any documents that include that name in their header description.
  • Documents, by reference or document number, such as a SIN number. This gives you the most precise results, returning the matching document plus any documents that include that number in their header description.

Search covers a rolling 12 months from the date you search. To find documents older than that, use the relevant enquiry or finder.

Your results will only include records you have access to under your data access control settings.
