Will attachments be able to open in a new window? We need to view the iplicit entry and the attachment side by side, rather than the attachment replacing the current window.

This won't be part of the initial new UI release, but it's on our radar. One option we're exploring is showing the invoice and attachment side by side, so you can view both at once. We'll keep this feedback logged as we look at what's possible.
