Can an invoice from previous months be searched on the current page? Will it search across months rather than page by page?

There are three ways to search for an invoice and they work differently.
Spotlight search (top bar) is mainly for navigating to other pages, but it can also search document numbers within a rolling 12-month window.
The main filter panel searches all invoice data for the screen based on the criteria you set, not limited to the current page or to 12 months.
Below that, the page filter (just above the data table) only searches what's currently loaded on the page.
