The new interface will be available for live environments from the evening of Wednesday 7 October 2026, as part of the 802 upgrade. It will be switched off by default.
How to switch on the new interface
There are two ways:
Switch it on yourself. Once your live environment has been upgraded, your system administrator can switch on the new interface in Environment Defaults, under the User Interface section.
Ask us to switch it on for you. Your main contact will have received an email with a link to a short form, where you can choose your preferred week. If you have more than one live environment, submit a separate response for each one.
If your main contact hasn't received the email, please let us know and we'll send it to you.
Trying it first
The new interface is already available in your sandbox, so your team can get used to it before you move your live environment.
When the old interface will be removed
We are aiming to move all customer environments to the new interface by the end of February 2027. After this date, the old interface will no longer be available.
If this timeline changes, we will communicate any updates in advance.
