The details needed to troubleshoot an API issue will vary depending on the error code shown in the HTTP response, however generally speaking the following would be useful for our internal team to investigate:
- What customer is it? (only applicable for Partners)
- What iplicit environment were you using?
- What were you trying to do?
- What end-point were you trying to reach?
- What error messages did you get?
- Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
- Can you provide a copy (copy-paste) of the JSON?
- Did you check iplicit’s StatusPage? (relevant for 500 error codes)
- Did you check the response and request headers against the iplict API Reference? (relevant for 400 error codes)
- Did you check the parameters in the request body against the iplicit API Documentation? (relevant for 400 error codes)
- Did you check for any syntax errors (typos, whitespaces, or invalid JSON formatting)? (relevant for 400 error codes)
