Enquiries that show pending approvals on authorisation workflows
Pending approvals are documents still waiting for someone to approve them. These enquiries under 'Enquiries' show them:
- 'Pending document authorisations' shows every pending approval, who needs to approve it and which authorisation step it has reached
- 'Pending user authorisations' shows pending approvals grouped by user
- 'Pending Authorisation - Detail' and 'Pending Authorisation by Attribute' break pending approvals down in more detail.
Enquiry that shows completed approvals on authorisation workflows
Completed approvals are documents that have already been approved. The 'Documents Approvals' enquiry under 'Enquiries' shows these, including who approved each document and when.
