How do I view my prepayment journals after posting the invoice?

To view the posted Prepayment journals, go to the Quick Launch area on the left-hand side of the iplicit screen, search for and select Prepayments. This will show Prepayment journals that have released based on the Prepayment start date on the invoice up to the current open period.

To view the journal detail, you can double click on the relevant journal line:
