Why isn’t stock updating as expected?
If stock is not updating according to your setup in iplicit, first check that the document has been fully submitted. Unsubmitted documents will not affect stock.

What if the stock tab is missing from the document?
If the stock tab does not appear, it’s likely that stock has not been posted due to one of the following reasons:

  • The document has not been fully submitted.
  • An SKU or product has not been applied to the document.
  • The document type does not impact stock in the expected way. Review the settings to ensure stock is enabled. 


Example:
A document may show as complete but remain unsubmitted. 

 Once the GRN is submitted, the stock tab will appear, the stock will update to the actual balance, and the document will display the “Completed” watermark.
