You cannot manually set the consent alert date in bank feeds.
Here’s how it works, step by step:
How consent alert dates work in Bank Feeds
1. Consent alert date is system‑generated
The Consent Alert Date is populated after a reminder email has already been sent. It is not a field you can edit or schedule in advance.
2. Reminder timing is controlled by the bank
Reminder emails are determined by the bank, not iplicit.
They are typically sent 7–10 days before the consent expiry date.
iplicit simply records that the reminder has gone out.
3. Who receives the consent reminder
The reminder email is sent to the Responsible Person linked to the bank feed.
To update this:
- Go to Bank Feeds
- Select the relevant bank feed line
- Click Amend Account
- Update the Responsible Person
