There are a few reasons why the product level of a stock may be incorrect in iplicit

 

  1. Have you verified that the correct SKU code is entered on the relevant sales or purchase document?

 

 

  1. If you are using Stock locations, have you ensured the sales or purchase document includes the correct stock location?

 

 

 

  1. Verify that the sale or purchase document has a stock tab. If it is absent, a potential cause may be a network interruption. We recommend unposting the document using the ellipse button.

 

 

 

 Go to the Ellipse button > Corrections > Unpost, amend it, and resubmit.
