If no products appear when creating an expense, it’s likely because the resource record does not have any expense products assigned.
To resolve this:
1. Go to the resource record for the user.
2. Assign the appropriate expense products.
3. Perform a reload of the page or module.
4. Try searching for the product again during expense entry.

Once assigned, the products will be available for selection when creating expenses. The same approach should be taken if one or more products is missing.
