When sending documents such as Sales invoices via email, the duplication is recognised daily, meaning if the document was sent on a previous day the duplicate message prompt will not show.


If an attempt to send the same document is made more than once in a day, it will be detected as a duplicate. If the attempt to send is made on a different day it will not be detected as a duplicate.


The Duplicate message shows the date sent after "AUTO", followed by the ID of the item being sent, as outlined in the screenshot below:

 


Please be aware you can also check the 'communication log' screen to see if an email has been successfully dispatched to be sent from iplicit. (Note: The 'Email Log' screen shows if the email has been sent though the server)
