This article covers setting up AP Automation in iplicit by entering the mailbox domain in Environment Defaults, then creating an AP Automation mailbox. iplicit uses the domain to generate a unique email address for each mailbox.

Entering the AP Automation mailbox domain in Environment Defaults

  1. In the search bar, type 'Environment Defaults' and open the 'Defaults' section
  2. In the 'Defaults' screen, type 'AP' in the search bar to filter the settings
  3. Locate the field labelled 'AP Automation Mailbox Domain' and paste in this domain: @ap-automation.iplicit.com
  4. Select 'Save'.

Creating an AP Automation mailbox

  1. Go to the 'AP Automation Mailbox' section
  2. Select 'Create New Mailbox'.

iplicit automatically uses the domain you entered to generate a unique email address for this mailbox.
