Go to Environment Defaults
- In the top-left search bar, type “Environment Defaults”.
- Open the Defaults section.
Search for AP Settings
- In the Defaults screen, type “AP” in the search bar to filter the settings.
Enter the Mailbox Domain
- Locate the field labeled “AP Automation Mailbox Domain”.
- Paste in the following domain:
@ap-automation.iplicit.com
Save the Changes
- Make sure to Save your changes.
Create a New Mailbox
- Go to the AP Automation Mailbox section.
- Click Create New Mailbox.
- The system will automatically use the domain you entered to generate a unique email address for this mailbox.
