Can the workflow trigger be based on the prepayment checkbox being ticked?

No, it is not currently possible to use the Prepayment or Deferred Income checkbox as a condition in workflow authorisation logic. These attributes are not supported within the workflow engine.

That said, iplicit is continuously evolving, and this functionality may be introduced in a future release.
