To transfer funds from one account to another, the accounts need to be set up to allow the transfers.
 
If the relevant bank account is not appearing on the available list for transfers, it would be worth checking if the allowed transfers has been set up. This can only be done if the payment method for transfers is set up and saved on the bank account. 
 
1. Navigate to Bank accounts and drill into the bank account you would like to perform the transfer from. In the Allowed transfers tab, check if the bank account you would like to transfer to is currently listed. If not, Edit.
 
 
2. Select.
 
3. Select the relevant bank account, move to the right and Apply. Save the changes.
 
4. The reverse will need to be done on the receiving bank account - adding the bank account you are transferring the funds from.
 
5. Once those have been added, reload your session. Now, when navigating to the bank rec, the bank account should be available for transfers.
