When new Departments/Cost Centres are created their access is locked by default. To grant access to Users will “All” Department/Cost Centre access:

1. Go to DAC (Data Access Control) and find the 'All' group. Edit. Then under the Department/Cost Centre tab, click the Select button.


2. Then either double click or select the new Department/Cost Centre and use the arrow.


3. Apply the changes and then Save. 

You can also give users access by setting up a new DAC group for just the new Department/Cost Centre. 

  1. In DAC push the New button and select the attribute you need. I.e. Department/Cost Centre

  2. Add a Code and Description

  3. In the Department/Cost Centre tab, select the new Department/Cost Centre.

  4. In the User tab select the Users you wish to see this new Department/Cost Centre. 

  5. Then click Create. 

Remember, any changes made won’t appear until the User Reloads.
