This article covers reauthorising an email address in iplicit. This is needed when an email account's connection to its provider – for example Microsoft 365 – has expired or been revoked, and iplicit can no longer send from it.
Reauthorising an email address
- Search for 'Email accounts' and open the one you need to reauthorise
- Select 'Authorise' at the top of the page
- In the window that opens, sign in with the email address's own login details, for example the Microsoft account it sends from
- Review the permissions requested and select 'Accept' to confirm the connection.

Once accepted, the email address shows as reauthorised on its record. You can send a test email from the same page to confirm it's working.
Before you start
You need to be able to sign in to the email address you're reauthorising yourself. For security reasons, iplicit support cannot sign in to it on your behalf.
