To enable Prepayments on any document type, your system admin can follow these steps:
1. Use the left-hand search bar to search for "Document Type".

2. Locate and select the document type you want to enable prepayments for, for example, Purchase Credit Note.

3. Click Edit.

4. Navigate to the Purchase tab and tick the 'Prepayments' option.

5. Click Save.
