When reconnecting your bank feeds, you have encountered an internal server error: 500;

As opposed to utilising the 'Re-connect feed' option within the bank feed screen, please can you instead highlight one of the accounts you wish to re-authorise, and click the 'Connect feed' button.  
This will present the following pop-up, where you select the applicable banking institute, and navigate through to the bank sign in page. 
 
After logging into the bank, select the accounts you wish to re-authorise, and confirm. 
You'll then be presented with a pop-up from Yapily, confirming the account consent renewal, and you will be returned back to iplicit. 
Please note it takes approximately 3 hours for the consent to update, and for transactions to pull through if the account connection has already expired. 
After actioning the above steps, and waiting a short period of time, please let us know if your feed consent still has not updated.
Once the bank feeds are re-authorised, please let us know if a new separate connection is created, as there may be subsequent required action.
