How do I save my Excel file so users without iplicit functions can view it?

If you need to share an Excel workbook with someone who doesn’t have iplicit functions or add‑ins enabled, you can convert all formulas to values so the file opens without errors.

Save the workbook under a new name (recommended)
Press Ctrl+A to select the whole sheet (or highlight only the ranges you want)
Press Ctrl+C to copy
Right‑click and choose Paste Special → Values
(or use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V → V → Enter)

This replaces all formulas with static values, allowing users who don’t have Excel add‑ins or implicit functions enabled to view the figures without errors.
