If you are locked out of your account, you will need assistance from your system admin within your organisation. They can access your user profile and unlock your account by following these steps:

Steps for the system admin:

- Reset Try Count
- Allow Login Access
- Reset the user’s password
- The admin can either generate a new password or manually set one for you.

Once your account has been unlocked, you also have the option to reset your own password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
