What do I do when I am Unable to drilldown on Asset tree view?

First try resetting your customisations while in Tree view as shown below;

Once this has been done click the reload button that the arrow is pointing to and try again.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, the next step would be to reset customisations of the Asset View screen, like below:
