This article covers how iplicit restores data and service in the event of a system issue or disaster.

In most cases, Microsoft Azure handles events in the cloud environment automatically, keeping iplicit's services running. For disruptive events that Azure can't resolve automatically, such as major infrastructure failures or malicious attacks, iplicit has its own backup and restore measures in place.

iplicit's Disaster Recovery Policy targets recovery of its multi-tenant platform with minimal impact on operations, within a Recovery Time Objective of four hours and a Recovery Point Objective of a maximum of one hour of data loss for critical data.

iplicit holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, covering the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and services. The Disaster Recovery Plan is reviewed and tested regularly.
