iplicit comes with a set of pre-built dashboards covering areas such as expenses, credit control and revenue. This article lists the dashboards currently available and explains how to request a new dashboard or a change to an existing one, since dashboards cannot be built or edited directly by users. The dashboards available to you may depend on which modules are enabled for your account.

Available dashboards

  • Absence - shows leave taken against entitlement for a resource, with a breakdown by department and resource, and a detail table listing each absence request
  • Aged creditors - shows outstanding supplier balances by ageing bucket, with a breakdown by legal entity and the top outstanding suppliers
  • Aged debt - shows outstanding customer balances by ageing bucket, with a breakdown by legal entity and the top debtors
  • Business support - shows email errors, locked-out users, communication errors and transaction posting errors, useful for troubleshooting account issues
  • Client revenue - shows revenue by customer and by period, filterable by legal entity and classification
  • Credit control - shows average days to pay by customer, aged debt, and collection performance over time
  • Expense claims - shows expense amounts by month, resource, product and department
  • Product Revenue - shows revenue by product, comparing the current year against the prior year
  • Sales order & Income recognition - shows income recognised against ordered and invoiced amounts over time, plus the top customer orders
  • Support Troubleshooting - Pending Authorisations - shows documents currently waiting on authorisation, broken down by document type

Requesting a new dashboard or a change to an existing one

Dashboards cannot be created or edited directly by users. If you need a new dashboard, or a change to one already available, log a support ticket with your requirements. The analytics team will review your request and get in touch to help build or update it.
