This article covers the third-party services iplicit relies on, and how they're governed and monitored.
iplicit is built exclusively on Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage and infrastructure. Azure provides encryption, threat detection and automated backups as part of its own security framework, and holds compliance certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2/3, which support iplicit's own regulatory obligations, including GDPR.
Beyond Azure, iplicit uses a number of sub-processors to support the service. All third-party sub-processors undergo a risk assessment before use and are bound by data processing agreements. Key suppliers are reviewed at least annually. iplicit remains fully responsible for its sub-processors' handling of your data. For how often these are reviewed, see 'Are third-party agreements reviewed regularly'.
