iplicit comes with a set of pre-built dashboards covering areas such as expenses, credit control and revenue. This article lists the dashboards currently available, explains how to remove a chart from a standard dashboard by saving your own copy, and explains how to request a new dashboard. Standard predefined dashboards cannot be edited directly. The dashboards available to you may depend on which modules are enabled for your account.

Available dashboards

  • Absence - shows leave taken against entitlement for a resource, with a breakdown by department and resource, and a detail table listing each absence request
  • Aged creditors - shows outstanding supplier balances by ageing bucket, with a breakdown by legal entity and the top outstanding suppliers
  • Aged debt - shows outstanding customer balances by ageing bucket, with a breakdown by legal entity and the top debtors
  • Business support - shows email errors, locked-out users, communication errors and transaction posting errors, useful for troubleshooting account issues
  • Client revenue - shows revenue by customer and by period, filterable by legal entity and classification

Removing a chart from a standard dashboard

Standard predefined dashboards in iplicit cannot be edited directly, so they have no Edit option. To remove a chart from a standard dashboard, save your own copy of the dashboard and edit the copy instead.

  1. Open the standard dashboard and select 'Copy'
  2. Give the dashboard copy a new name, then choose 'Save a copy' from the '...' menu
  3. Open the dashboard copy and select 'Edit'
  4. Select the chart you want to remove, then choose 'Delete' from the side menu
  5. Select 'Save'.

The standard dashboard stays unchanged, and your dashboard copy shows without the deleted chart.
